Service excludes:
The fees outlined do not include printing, but are for design and consultation only. Printing is billed separately, but electronic delivery of designs is standard and at no cost. All projects are downloaded from our client area on our site. Because of the developmental process involved with website creation, proposals are done on a project by project basis. In all cases, the standard fee for website development is $45.00 per hour.

24 Hour Mockups:

The "twenty four hour" promotion refers to mockups presented within 24 hours of consultation and exchange of ideas. It does not represent 24 hours from first contact.

Approval Process:
Your project will be approved electronically, via email or in some other written form. Once you approve the final composition as it will appear for download, allow 24 hours for project availability. Once your project is approved, we will email your username and password to the secure folder containing your project.

Privacy:
Every effort is taken to secure all personally identifiable information, as such, we will require no personal information except where necessary to process payments. Please do not transmit personal information via email, in no circumstances should it be necessary to obtain more than your name, phone number, email and physical address of your business or home (if home-based business).

Payment:
We require payment before your project will be available for download. We use PayPal to process transactions, however, if you are in the local Springfield/ Nixa area, you may pay by check, cash or money order. In any event, payment must be received before your project is made available for download.
